Information regarding the 2024 Summer Up Program

Kindergarten Registration Information. -Screenings will take place April 29th - May 3rd. -Please bring child’s birth certificate, Immunization records and proof of residency. Proof of residence can include a drivers license with correct home address, or a bill with home address listed. -Both in-person and online registration must be completed. Contact the Elementary Office for any questions or to schedule your screening.

❗️REMINDER❗️ Fremont Community Schools Sports Physical Clinic is next week. Be sure to get yours scheduled. Any sports physical completed after April 1st will be good for the whole 2024-2025 school year.
