In the Summer of 2023 8 students from Fremont band and choir have been chosen along with some of their parents to Attend the Indiana Ambassadors European Tour. They will be performing in Indianapolis before depart the USA in June, then travel to London, England for 32 days of touring and performing. They will travel by charter bus to the white cliffs of Dover and travel by Ferry across the English Channel to France, then make their way to Paris for three days of tours and performances. From Paris they'll travel through the countryside to Switzerland. They will get to travel to Zermatt to see the Matterhorn, Montreux (International Jazz Capitol of the World), Castle Chillon and Lake Geneva, performing and touring along the way, then they will head to the famous Walled City of Rothenburg, Germany and tour Dachau, performing in the famous clock tower square in Rothenburg. After Germany they'll travel to Austria where will take the famous "Sound of Music Tour", visit the Vienna Opera House, Hellbrun Castle, Visit Vienna and Salzburg, the Home of Mozart, performing their last concert here before heading home. This Tour consists of Performing every 3 days in some of the most famous venues in the world for 15 days. There are over 200 people total travelling from Indiana to Europe.
