8th graders got a firsthand look at high school life with tours led by our awesome Student Council, plus time to connect with clubs, sports teams, and extracurricular groups. From classrooms to conversations, they got a real feel for what’s ahead!
We wrapped up the day with a Q&A session where students could ask honest questions and hear directly from current high schoolers—helping ease those nerves and build excitement for next year.
We can’t wait to see all they accomplish when they walk these halls as freshmen soon! 🦅

With the help from a wonderful donor, Fremont Community Schools invested in new weight room equipment to enhance student fitness, athletic performance, and overall wellness opportunities. The updated space now includes modern power racks, adjustable benches, Olympic barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, resistance bands, treadmill, exercise bike and functional training stations designed to support athletes and physical education classes at all skill levels. The new space also has a turf area to improve speed and agility and station for rehab work. The new equipment improves safety, expands training options, and allows students to participate in strength and conditioning programs that promote healthy lifestyles, injury prevention, and long-term physical development.
