Parents & Guardians - As you may have seen, there is a chance for Inclement Weather starting tonight and continuing on into tomorrow with up to 8 inches of snow! We will be monitoring the conditions and roads to determine the best situation for our Students and Faculty. IF we do not have school tomorrow, it will be an E-Learning Day. Your students will need to make sure they have their Chromebooks home tonight and charged. We have included all of our E-Learning schedules below for your convenience. Scouts of America Christmas at Camp Holiday Light Show

Over the next week, 8 Fremont Cheerleaders along with 900 Varsity and All American cheerleaders from across the nation will head to Orlando, Florida for the Varsity Spirit Spectacular. 📣 Five of our Varsity cheerleaders will be performing on Main Street at Magic Kingdom Sunday, November 24th and our three FMS Cheerleaders will perform with other Junior High Cheerleaders on Wednesday, November 27th.

Honoring Veterans this week. FMS conducted their annual Veterans Day Program on Monday, honoring over 50 veterans during a student-led assembly. Thank you to our Cafeteria workers for your hard work on preparing a fantastic meal for our Veterans, students, and staff workers. Transportation Director, Jim represented Fremont Community Schools(peep the hat) during an Honor Flight to Washington D.C. on Tuesday. Honor Flight gives veterans the opportunity to share this momentous occasion with other comrades, remember the fallen, and share their stories and experiences with other veterans. While initially focused solely on America’s World War II era veterans, Honor Flight Network has expanded its mission to include those who served during the Korean War and the Vietnam War eras. The Honor Flight TLC program also honors veterans of any service era who are critically ill.

From Family and Consumer Science Teacher Mrs. Dewey It was a busy week in FACS, and students put their newly learned skills to the test making homemade pizzas while kicking off our nutrition unit! This also gives each student, even our 5th graders, the opportunity to begin developing safe oven practices when cooking. They did a fantastic job and will be comparing the nutritional content of their pizzas to that of delivery to learn how a few dietary changes can make a difference for overall health.

From the 6th Grade Team The sixth grade went to the Collins’ School House and we also made apple cider.

Overflow parking will be located in the West Parking lot of the High School 🎭 FHS THEATER 🎭 Play begins at 7:00PM Please park in the West Parking lot of the High School Shuttle services from the West Parking lot to the Main Parking lot will be from 6:00-7:30PM for both the Football Game and Play.

With the help of Mrs. Moore-Bowers and Ms. Thiele, FMS is excited to offer a new club, Bring Change To Mind. The mission of Bring Change to Mind is to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness. The vision of the group is to create multimedia campaigns, curate storytelling movements, and develop youth programs to encourage a diverse cultural conversation around mental health.

Friday Night Parking Information This Friday, November 1st, Fremont High School Football Team will be hosting North Miami in the second round of IHSAA football sectionals. Kickoff is at 7:00 PM. Fremont High School Theater Department is also having opening night for their fall play “The Twelve Huntsmen” in the auditorium starting at 7:00 PM. To help with parking we are asking all patrons attending the play to park at the west high school parking lot. The west parking lot will also be overflow parking for the football game. We will have two of our white buses shuttle football fans and play patrons up to the main parking lot and auditorium from the west lot from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Friday night.
