"Ms. Dircksen and Ms. Lively from Junior Achievement came to Mr. Macknick and Mr. Kuespert's class in 8th Grade to share an exclusive pilot game with our students today. They were rewarded for their assistance with breakfast pizza from Eagle's One Stop. The purpose of the pilot is to offer information and feedback to the state and national chapters of JA prior to the game's nationwide release. Fremont Middle School is thrilled to be a part of something that will have a far-reaching positive effect across America!"

A new form needs completed each school year to remain in the program, but if you have already completed a form for the 2024-25 school year, you do not need to sign-up again. School Smiles accepts Medicaid, private insurance, and offers self-pay rates for those who may be uninsured.
