Fremont Community School will be closed today (1/19/26). It will be an eLearning day.
Fremont Community Schools will be on a two hour delay Monday, January 19. This will give us time to reevaluate the roads and falling temps.
We also have a two hour delay scheduled on Tuesday, January 20 because wind chills are projected to be -10 to -15.
Fremont Wrestling will host an all school Double Header against Hicksville tonight.
Middle School matches begin at 5:30pm with Senior Night to follow.
High School will take the mats immediately following Senior Night to close out the event.

Fremont Middle School Quarter 2 Honor Roll Students
Grant Carlson has been selected to participate in the Indiana All-state Honor choir. He is one of 10 students chosen in our area from Fort Wayne to Fremont.
Since 1990, IMEA has proudly sponsored a middle school honor choir. Students attending Circle the State with Song Area Festivals are eligible to audition for this prestigious All-State Honor Choirs. Comprising approximately 150 singers each, these choirs are carefully selected based on teacher recommendations and auditions. Our aim is to assemble a well-balanced ensemble from participants across all 12 areas of the state.
Grant will be working under the Director Maria Ellis and performing with the All-State Honor Choir this weekend.
The All-State Honor choir will perform on Jan. 16th at 4:30 for the Indiana Music Educators Association state conference in the Fort Wayne Embassy Theater.

Fremont Elementary students raised $1,391 this year for our annual Christmas Coin Drive.
We are excited that we were able to provide 41 residents at Brockville Commons in Fremont with delightful gifts like blankets, Christmas ornaments, household supplies, coloring books, word searches, and colored pencils. High school students helped pack everything up for distribution and Mrs. Lies and Mrs. Spengler delivered these items over break.
