Excessive Heat Tomorrow
All Middle School and High School athletic practices will either take place indoors or be cancelled.
Excessive Heat Warning (8/24/23)
We have an excessive heat warning starting Thursday morning (11AM) to Thursday night (midnight).
Fremont Community will be in session tomorrow.
Steps we have taken to make sure excessive heat is not an issue for our students:
1) AC on all of the busses.
2) AC in all of our buildings.
3) Elementary recess will not be going outside tomorrow.
4) Ample time for water breaks during the school day. Drinking faucets are readily available.
Need a Cooling Station
You are welcome to come to the Superintendent’s Office (1100 West Toledo Street) and sit in our school board room. The Superintendent’s office is open from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Backpack Program
Good evening Fremont Families. Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 9th is the first day of school. Here are just a few reminders as we begin a new year.
Please watch for all walkers and bus riders crossing the roads. Bus routes have changed a little this year so double check your times and locations for pick up and drop offs.
The Elementary and High School will begin classes at 8:00am and the Middle School at 7:50am.
We know the first week can be an adjustment, but we will all get through it together and like always - make it a great year!
