Fremont Community Schools will be closed today Tuesday, January 23. It will be an eLearning day. Please be careful if traveling this morning.

Fremont Parents and Guardians Once we make the decision to open the schools, many parents rely on it and leave for work. If we then send students back home early, many will return to unsupervised bus stops and empty houses. Only in an extreme emergency will we consider an early dismissal.

ALL after school activities will be cancelled for tonight, Monday, January 22 including the Base Program. The Board Meeting scheduled for this evening will be cancelled as well and rescheduled for next Monday, January 29th. Time TBD.

Fremont Community Schools will be in session following our 2 hour delay, Thursday, January 18th. Middle School classes will begin at 9:50am. Elementary & High School classes will begin at 10:00am.

Good Morning Fremont Families, We have had a few questions regarding our texting service over the last few days. If you are listed as a parent or guardian for a student, then you should automatically be enrolled to receive messages from us. The phone number on file must be a cell phone number to receive these notifications. If you are not listed as a parent or guardian you can download our app to receive notifications through that platform. If you are not receiving messages, or at some point have opted out and would like to start receiving them, you can text the word "start" to 98900. As a reminder, we will only send out important information such as delays and closings through our texting service. This platform is not used for spamming purposes. FCS Parents and Guardians Our next School Board meeting will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024 in the High School Auditorium. During this meeting the school board will discuss referendum information. Your participation and support is enthusiastically welcomed. We would love to see a large audience at this meeting. So, please mark your calendars and attend. January 22, 2024 6:00 PM High School Auditorium
