This week we had some guests from Cameron Memorial Hospital assisting us with a Blood Typing activity in 8th grade science. The students have been studying genetics and this activity gave them a chance to see how common their blood type is with the world population.

Last Friday, we had a fantastic time celebrating the many roles fatherly figures play in our students' lives at FMS. The turnout was amazing and the fellowship was unforgettable!

Congratulations to the 6 Ladies that competed at the State Solo and Ensemble Contest this past Saturday in Indianapolis.
Kaitlynn McGuirk, Jasmine McGuirk, Libby Blizzard all received a Gold Rating on their Ensemble. Eva Kelley, Mercadies Vaughn, and Alex Stewart each received gold on their solo with Alec receiving a near perfect score on her Italian song Sebben Crudele and receiving a With Distinction medal.

Today (2.24.25) at approximately 2:40 PM Fremont Town Marshall Joe Patterson radioed for the schools to go on a lockout. At that time our safety notification program was set in place. At 2:43 the all clear was given and the notification program was cleared.

The FHS Student Council held a fleece blanket drive for the Parkview Pediatric Unit during the week of Snowcoming. Through a class competition and community donations at the basketball games, we collected 75 blankets!
